Carmody Replaces Siding, Gutters and Rotted Out Porch Posts in Plainfield

Plainfield contractor Carmody Construction recently completed an exterior home remodeling job in town, transforming the home’s curb appeal and taking it from drab to fab.

Our homeowners called Carmody after wood rot began to overtake large sections of the home’s exterior, including the old wood siding and structural posts on the front porch. After quickly providing a complete estimate, the Carmody team began carefully removing the home’s damaged siding, other rotten wood, gutters and soffit facia.

Next, we installed a new, brighter siding. We then moved on to replacing the home’s soffit facia, gutters and downspouts. Finally, we completed the project by replacing the front porch posts, cleaning up around the home and taking care of last-minute details.

Our homeowners were totally satisfied with our team’s work, and love the new exterior look of their home.
